Terms of use

The terms under which you use the oktagonbet.partners site and the OktagonBet partner program cabinet, run by ALPHAPEX DOO Beograd. Last updated: 29 September 2026.

1. Acceptance

By submitting an access request or signing in to the cabinet you accept these terms, the Partner rules and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the cabinet.

2. Who can take part

• Only adults with full legal capacity, and legal entities represented by an authorised person, can take part.
• Access to the program is by invitation: we review each request and may decline it without giving reasons.

3. Your account

• The information you provide must be accurate and up to date; the email must be yours and confirmed.
• The account is personal. Keep your password and access to the email and Telegram you sign in with safe — you are responsible for actions taken from your account.
• The password, the email sign-in link and linked services (Telegram, later Google and Facebook) are only ways to sign in to the same account.
• If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, write to us immediately.

4. Promotion

You promote OktagonBet only in accordance with the Partner rules and the regulations on advertising games of chance. You use the brand, logo and program materials only for promotion within the program.

5. Commissions and payouts

The commission model, rates and payout terms are agreed individually when access is approved. Traffic and commission data in the cabinet is shown as reported by the traffic tracking system and may be corrected when an error or disallowed traffic is found.

6. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms or the Partner rules, inaccurate information or abuse.
• You may end the cooperation at any time by writing to support@oktagonbet.partners.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site and cabinet running without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the cabinet.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms; we update the date on this page and notify account holders of significant changes by email. Continuing to use the cabinet after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.
